Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between AI Visionary, a company based in Geneva (Switzerland), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the Client) using the services offered on ai-visionary.xyz.

2. Services offered

AI Visionary offers: (a) a free AI readability analysis of a website (AIO score), (b) a monthly AYA subscription (19 CHF/month) including registration in the AYA registry and a hosted ASR file, (c) a Pack PRO (499 CHF, one-time purchase) including 5 complete semantic files and 3 years of AYA registry registration.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT not applicable (Swiss company). Payment is processed via Stripe, a secure payment platform. The Pack PRO is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. The AYA subscription is billed monthly.

4. Delivery

Pack PRO semantic files are generated automatically and delivered by email within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. AYA registry registration is effective immediately.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law (CO art. 40a-f), the Client has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal after purchasing the Pack PRO, unless the files have already been downloaded or used. For the AYA subscription, the Client may cancel at any time.

6. Intellectual property

Semantic files generated by the Pack PRO become the property of the Client. The Client may host, modify and distribute them freely. AYO technology, the AIO score and the AYA registry remain the exclusive property of AI Visionary.

7. Data protection

AI Visionary only processes publicly available data from the Client's website. Personal data (email) is processed in accordance with GDPR and Swiss DPA (LPD). See our privacy policy for more details.

8. Liability

AI Visionary provides its services as-is. The AIO score is an informational indicator and does not guarantee referencing by any specific AI. AI Visionary cannot be held responsible for decisions made by third-party AI systems.

9. Termination

The AYA subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Pack PRO, as a one-time purchase, is not subject to termination.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
